About 1st Vice President
Sergeant Sean A. McCall is the present Treasurer and Immediate Past Chairman of the Police Welfare Association of the Royal Virgin Islands Police Force (RVIPF). He has been a member of the RVIPF for almost 17 years and a member of his local executive since 2007. He was recently promoted to Sergeant in 2018. As a Detective Constable, he was the first constable to attain chairmanship of the PWA in 2014. In May 2017, Sergeant Sean led a successful Conference of the CFPWA where for the first time 14 difference jurisdictions were represented. His commitment to the welfare and the CFPWA, on the whole, has led to recent legislative amendments to their police act thus giving the PWA of the RVIPF full commitment to the CFPWA and any international organizations which will benefit the welfare of his officers. Sgt McCall believes that officers in the region should enjoy the privilege of a 40-hour work week and should be remunerated or properly compensated for their hours of work. He is fully committed to the well-being of officers not only in the RVIPF but the region as well.
