McKie Simon Douglas, Chairman of the Royal Grenada Police Force Welfare Association and a member of the Force for over twenty-seven years, is the current Protocol Officer to the CFPWA. Mr Douglas, an Inspector of Police with several years’ experience in various policing areas holds an Associate Degree in Policing with Education from the TA Marryshow Community College, Grenada.  He is also a National Training Agency (NTA) Assessor, presently pursuing a Law Degree with the University of London.  Inspector Douglas indicated that his inspiration to serving his fellow men is to see Police Officers enjoy the treatment so deserving of their hard work and dedication to country, and fairness and equity in the treatment of all officers.
